Which size should I choose?
Measure your dog lying in their usual sleeping position and compare it with the inner sleeping area: M 40 × 30 cm, L 66 × 44 cm, XL 79 × 57 cm, 2XL 106 × 68 cm. The outer size includes the bolsters. If your dog is between sizes, go up.
Can I wash it?
Yes. The whole cover zips off and can be machine washed inside a laundry bag, following its care label. The foam filling is not machine washable.
Is it memory foam?
No. The base is a blend of shredded foam and PP cotton, about 16 cm deep. It is a comfort bed, not an orthopaedic bed.

How do I pick the right size?

Measure your dog lying down and compare with the inner sleeping area: M 40 × 30 cm, L 66 × 44 cm, XL 79 × 57 cm, 2XL 106 × 68 cm. The supplier weight guide (up to 15, 25, 40 and 45.5 kg) is a rough guide only.

Is the M size big enough for a medium dog?

The M has a compact 40 × 30 cm sleeping area, so it suits cats, small dogs and dogs that sleep tightly curled. Most medium dogs are happier in the L.

Can I wash the whole bed?

The whole cover zips off and can be machine washed inside a laundry bag, following its care label. Do not machine-wash the foam filling.

Is it waterproof?

There is a waterproof inner layer that helps protect the filling. The fluffy outer cover is not waterproof.

Is it chew-proof?

No. It is not suitable for dogs that chew or dig at their bedding.

Is it orthopaedic or memory foam?

No. The base is a shredded foam and PP cotton blend. It is a comfortable everyday bed, not an orthopaedic bed.

Why does it look flat when it arrives?

The foam is vacuum-packed for delivery, with the cover packed separately. Knead and pat the foam, then allow up to 48 hours for it to fully expand.

What if it arrives damaged?

Email info@lifypet.com with your order number and photos within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund you in full, including return postage, or arrange a replacement.
