Shipping policy
At Lifypet, we do our best to get your pet’s new essentials to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Processing time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number, allowing you to follow your parcel every step of the way.
Shipping time
We currently offer free shipping within the United Kingdom. Estimated shipping time is 6-9 business days after dispatch.
Total Delivery Time
Your order is expected to arrive within 7–12 business days after purchase (processing + shipping).
Note: Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control such as postal service disruptions, extreme weather, or incorrect address details. If your order is delayed, please get in touch with us at info@lifypet.com , and our team will be happy to help and provide updates.
Order Changes or Cancellation
You can modify or cancel your order within 24 hours after placing it by emailing info@lifypet.com .
After this period, your order may already be in processing or shipped, and changes might not be possible.
Please make sure your shipping details are correct, Lifypet cannot be held responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Shipping Area
We currently ship only within the United Kingdom. International delivery is not available at the moment.
Tracking
When your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
You can also track it anytime on our Track Your Order page.
If you haven’t received your tracking details within five business days after purchase, reach out to info@lifypet.com , and we’ll resend them.
Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows your parcel as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it:
-Check with neighbours or others at your address.
-Confirm your delivery details were entered correctly.
-Contact the carrier to request proof of delivery.
If you still can’t locate your order, send us the carrier’s proof of non-delivery at info@lifypet.com , and we’ll investigate or issue a replacement/refund if appropriate.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your item arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Email info@lifypet.com with your order number and photos (if applicable), and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue quickly.
