Which pets is it for?
Puppies, small dogs and cats. It suits small breeds such as chihuahuas, Yorkies, toy poodles, cockapoos and shih tzus. At about 4.3 cm, it is too small for medium and large dogs.
Is it chew-proof?
No. The silicone shell is soft and the clear track and rope tail clip on, so a determined chewer can pull them off. If a part comes off, it snaps back into place. Always supervise play.
My dog is scared of it. What should I do?
That is common with moving toys. Let your pet sniff the ball while it is switched off, then try slow mode. Many pets warm up after a few sessions.
How long does the battery last?
It charges in about 30 minutes. Play time per charge depends on the mode and your floor. It goes into standby after about 5 minutes of play to save power, and a touch wakes it up.
Will it get stuck under furniture?
It changes direction when it hits something, so it usually finds its own way out.
Does it work on carpet?
Yes, on hard floors and low-pile carpet. It is quieter on carpet than on wooden floors.
Can I use it outdoors or in water?
It is designed for indoor use and is not water resistant.
