Start Gentle, Stay in Control
Many dogs settle with the beep alone. That's where we suggest you start.
If the beep isn't enough, switch to static and begin at the lowest level. The plus and minus buttons on the receiver set the level, so you decide how strong the correction is.

Does it come with a remote?
No. It is an automatic bark collar. It responds to your dog's bark on its own, so there is nothing to hold or carry.
Does it have vibration?
No. It has two modes: sound (beep) and static.
Will it go off when other dogs bark?
The sensor responds to vibration from your dog's own bark, so it is designed to ignore most other noise. Fit it snugly so the sensor sits against the throat.
Will it work on every dog?
No collar works for every dog. Results depend on your dog, why it barks, and how consistently you train.
How long should my dog wear it?
A few hours at a time. Take it off at night and check the skin under the contact points every day.
Can I use it on a puppy?
No. It is for adult dogs of about 7 to 45 kg.
How long does delivery take?
