Which size should I choose?
Measure your dog lying stretched out and choose a bed a little longer. Inner sleeping areas: L 60 × 55 cm, XL 80 × 65 cm, 2XL 100 × 75 cm. The supplier guide is for dogs up to 40 kg in each size.
Which cover should I use?
The mesh cover for warm days and the plush cover when it is cooler.
Is the bolster removable?
Yes. It attaches with hook-and-loop tape and straps.
How do I clean it?
The supplier recommends wiping the covers with a damp cloth or rinsing them with water, and vacuuming away hair.
Does it need assembling?
Yes. Parts and instructions are in the box, and it comes apart again for storage or travel.
Is it an orthopaedic bed?
No. It is a supportive raised cot, not a memory foam bed.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery is free in the UK. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and are expected to arrive within 7–12 business days after purchase, with tracking by email.
What if it arrives damaged or faulty?
Email info@lifypet.com with your order number and photos within 30 days of delivery. We refund you in full, including return postage, or arrange a replacement.
