Which size should I choose?
Measure your dog lying stretched out and add about 10 cm. For a crate, measure the crate floor.
Can I wash the whole bed?
Wash the cover only, in a laundry bag. Do not machine-wash the foam.
Is it waterproof?
The inner layer helps protect the filling. The fur cover is not waterproof.
Is it orthopaedic?
No. It is a shredded foam comfort bed.
Is it chew-proof?
No. It is not suitable for dogs who chew their bedding.
Why does it look flat when it arrives?
It is vacuum-packed for delivery. Unpack it, pat it into shape and allow 24–72 hours for the foam to fully expand.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery is free in the UK. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and are expected to arrive within 7–12 business days after purchase, with tracking by email.
What if it arrives damaged or faulty?
Email info@lifypet.com with your order number and photos within 30 days of delivery. We refund you in full, including return postage, or arrange a replacement.
